Do you serve all of Santa Cruz County?

Yes. We are based in Watsonville and work throughout Santa Cruz County, including Aptos, Capitola, Soquel, Santa Cruz, Scotts Valley and Freedom, plus parts of North Monterey County.

Do you charge for estimates?

Estimates on scheduled work, replacements and remodels are free. For a diagnostic visit on an existing problem there is a trip and diagnostic fee, credited in full toward the repair if you approve the work that day.

Will I know the price before work starts?

Yes. You get a flat price in writing and you approve it before anything begins. No hourly meter, no surprises at the end.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We carry both C-36 plumbing and C-54 tile classifications on our CSLB license. Bonded and insured. You can verify the license on the CSLB website.

Do you handle both the plumbing and the tile on a bathroom remodel?

Yes, and that is unusual. Most homeowners have to hire a plumber and a separate tile contractor. We hold both licenses, so the water lines, the shower pan, the waterproofing and the finished tile are all one person's responsibility.

1About JPlumbing

JPlumbing is a licensed California contractor (CSLB License #1062904) based in Watsonville, California. We provide residential and light commercial plumbing services, including drain cleaning, water heater service, repairs and installations, as well as kitchen and bathroom remodeling, throughout Santa Cruz County and surrounding areas.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services or request work from us. If you request service on behalf of another person, business, or property owner, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

3Estimates, Scheduling, and Work Agreements

Any pricing, quote, or estimate given through our website, by phone, by text, or in person is an estimate only. Final pricing may change based on conditions found on site, parts availability, permit requirements, or changes you request.

Larger jobs, including remodeling and home improvement work, are governed by a separate written contract that complies with California law. If that contract conflicts with these Terms, the written contract controls for that job.

Appointment times are scheduled windows, not guarantees. Weather, emergencies, traffic, and earlier jobs can affect arrival times. We will do our best to keep you informed of any changes.

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

4Promotions and Offers

From time to time we may offer discounts or promotions. Each offer is subject to the terms stated with it, may be limited to one per customer or household, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, and may be changed or ended at any time.

5Payment

Payment is due as stated on your invoice or written contract. By providing a payment method, you confirm that you are authorized to use it. Any applicable taxes, permit fees, or material costs will be shown on your invoice or contract.

6SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program description. JPlumbing sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have opted in. Messages may include responses to your service inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, quote and estimate follow-ups, job status updates, review requests, customer care, and, if you separately agree, occasional promotional offers.

How you opt in. You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our website, by starting a conversation through our website chat widget, or by texting us first. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from JPlumbing at the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and your interactions with us.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply to messages you receive from us and send to us. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
